Jane Gross, MSW
Jane manages marketing and technical support for Market Research Answers' CareSat survey offering. She also acts as MRA's liaison to the AHCA CoreQ team and to LeadingAge. Jane is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has a Master of Social Work degree from the School of Social Welfare at the University of Kansas. She was previously on the social services team for a Five Star Senior Living community.
Bailey manages marketing and technical support for Market Research Answers' CareSat© employee engagement offering, which is targeted to operators of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. Bailey is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas, with a BS in psychology. Her previous work experience includes sales and recruiting positions for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Saxon Global and Paycom.
Harold Gross, PhD
Harold founded Market Research Answers in 2009 and since then MRA has developed clients in a broad range of B2B and B2C product and service categories. MRA's experience in post-acute care and senior living began in 2012, after being engaged by one of the nation's largest operators of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to help them evaluate new product and service offerings. In 2013 they became MRA's launch customer for CareSat and, since then, CareSat has expanded to a growing number of Continuing Care Retirement/ Life Plan Communities and skilled nursing operators. Harold received a PhD in economics from the University of Texas at Dallas and previously held senior positions in marketing, operations and corporate planning at American Airlines.
